At the cliffs of Dor, in the southwestern-most part of lower Eldslunds, a group has gathered. In a cave tucked away in the cliffs, the Sect of the Barrows conduct a forbidden ritual, of which the consequences are not fully known.

A lunar pool casts change to those who ask for more.
